Jorge Mas, the Managing Owner of Inter Miami, was delighted at securing the deal. He said that much in his comments: “I am excited to welcome Sergio Busquets to Inter Miami. Since day one, we have set out to bring the world’s best players to Inter Miami. Sergio’s repertoire speaks for itself.” Mas’s words expose the club’s ambition to attract top talent and their confidence in Busquets’ abilities to contribute to the team’s success. Busquets had previously visited the club with Barcelona last year and was impressed by what he saw.

Now, he is eager to represent the club himself and embark on a new chapter in his career. With his addition, Inter Miami strengthened its roster with a seasoned player who brings a winning mentality and a wealth of trophies to his name. The partnership between Busquets and Messi, reunited on the same team, adds excitement and anticipation to the club’s upcoming matches.
