August 20, (THEWILL) – Music artiste, David Adeleke, also known as Davido, has revealed that he will retire from music before he turns sour.
The Davido Music Worldwide boss made this known in an interview posted on social media.
According to him, he is afraid of losing the ovation that comes with performing on stage, hence the reason he will retire when the praise is reduced.
He said, “The only thing I’m really scared of is that moment when people cry and go crazy when I get on stage. But it’s going to get to a point where it’s going to start slowing down in my career; everybody goes through it.
“I never want to get there. I always make a joke when talking with my friends. I used to tell them, ‘I’m going to retire before I turn sour’.”
