French Polynesie Group Moves To Eradicate Fake Aluminium Products

February 01, (THEWILL) – With an eye to curb all forms of fake aluminium products in Nigeria, a group of French business investors are in the country to establish a world class first BIPV (Building-integrated photovoltaic) aluminium factory.

The factory has been planned to be located in Lagos and is expected to provide jobs for about 100 young Nigerians for a start.
These young Nigerians, according to the firm, will be trained for six months on the latest technologies in aluminum designs by Chinese expatriates scheduled to arrive in the country soon.
State of the art machines have been ordered for installation while operations have been billed to commence in August
Similar factories it was gathered, will be established in Abuja and Portharcourt, with Lagos serving as its base as the investors have decided to make Lagos as the China of tomorrow for Africa
The factory which will have a massive showroom will attract distributors across the country while a professional team from China will hold fair exhibitions.
It was also gathered that the investors have plans to establish Plafond second project (plywood) factory and water park in the country after the take off of the aluminium factory.
