August 31, (THEWILL) – The host of the popular TV show, Who Wants To Be A Millionaire, Frank Edoho, has revealed that he is not a woman beater.
He made this known while speaking with Teju Oyelakin, also known as Teju Babyface, on the ‘King of Talks’ podcast.
Teju Babyface had asked him about the allegations made against him about being a wife-beater a few years ago when his first marriage to Katherine Obiang ended.
Edoho stressed that he does not possess any of the characteristics of a wife-beater.
“Why are you beating a woman? I don’t do that and anyone that says that is a big fool because I support women.
“Anybody that is a wife beater, first of all, looks at all women like they’re beneath him, so beneath him that they can trample upon them.”
Buttressing his point further, he stated how he has been supporting his wife, Sandra Onyenucheya, over the years, and emphasised that a woman beater would never support his partner.
“I did Photoshop and Lightroom, learned photography, learned cinematography for my wife and her business and I stand by her and her business. If she ever needs me, I’d be there and she knows that,” he said.
Edoho also stressed that he never laid his hands on his ex-wife, Obiang, and his new wife, Onyenucheya, or any woman he has ever worked with.
Edoho added that he prefers to stay quiet and keep malice during an argument rather than hit anyone.
Edoho and his first wife, Obiang, separated in 2011 and ended their union in 2013.
