December 27, (THEWILL) – A former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Ghali Umar Na’Abba, is dead.
While details of the development are sketchy, THEWILL gathered that Na’Abba died on Wednesday morning, at the National Hospital in Abuja after a brief Illness.
He served as the Speaker of the House of Representatives from 1999 to 2003 following the resignation of Salisu Buhari.
Born on September 27, 1958, Na’abba attended ABU Zaria, where he studied political science and graduated in 1979. He was 65.
