FAAN To Close Yakubu Gowon Airport September 23

September 13, (THEWILL) – The Federal Airports Authority of Nigeria (FAAN) has announced that it will close the Yakubu Gowon Airport, Jos, Plateau State.

FAAN made the announcement in a statement on its Twitter page, on Wednesday.

It said the airport will be temporarily closed to flight operations from Saturday, September 23 to Friday, September 29, 2023, for airport runway maintenance.

It, however, regrets any inconvenience this might cause to users and stakeholders.
