August 08, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress cum Evangelist, Eucharia Anunobi, has knocked parents for normalising the abnormal in their homes.
The preacher of the gospel warned parents to stop bathing with their kids who have reached adolescence.
She also stated that sleeping in separate rooms and hiding finances and assets from each other as couples is not normal.
According to her, as a married couple, it’s either the wife or husband will be called in case of an emergency.
So there is no need to hide anything from each other.
“Let me ask you one question, as a married person, if anything tragic happens to you now or you get critically ill, who will be the first person to be called?
“Your husband or wife right? Yet you hide your money or properties from your wife or husband? Hmmmm.
“Your child has entered puberty, yet you still bath him or her or bath together with him or her, or you barge into the bathroom while they are bathing or bedroom without knocking, claiming that you are their parents, are you alright? Surely you are not alright!!
“You are married, yet you sleep in separate bedroom, claiming that you need your space and peace. Why did you get married in the first place?
“When you were dating and your pastor had not given you the licence to do what you were looking for in the dark room.
“Now, you have been given the licence, but you throw the biblical injunctions of Genesis 2:24 out of the window, biko, stop normalising the abnormal”, she stated.
