May 29, (THEWILL) – On Saturday, May 28, 2022, veteran entertainers went to Ijebu Ijesha, Osun State, to pay their last respect to music icon, Julius Ekemode, also known as Orlando Julius, during his burial.
The service was held at Saint Matthew’s Church, Ijebu Ijesha, Osun State.
On Friday, a wake keep was held at Oke Agbola, also in Ijebu Ijesha, Osun State.
Some of the celebrities who graced the occasion include, movie maker, Tunde Kelani, Chairman of Copyright Society of Nigeria, Tony Okoroji, a former president of the performing Musician Association of Nigeria, Tee Mac Iseli, Richard Cole and Yinka Davis.
Julius passed away on April 5, 2022. He died peacefully in his sleep.
