EXCLUSIVE: Emmanuel Efeni Replaces Ijeoma Nwaogwugwu As MD ARISE TV

November 03, (THEWILL) – Emmanuel Efeni has been appointed the substantive managing director of ARISE TV, sources familiar with the decision told THEWILL Thursday.

Efeni took over from Ijeoma Nwaogwugwu, who resigned on Wednesday, November 2nd, from the broadcast station after four years as managing director.

Before his latest appointment, Efeni was the Managing Editor, before rising to the position of Deputy Managing Director of ARISE TV. THEWILL had exclusively reported the exit of Ms. Nwaogwugwu Wednesday citing credible sources at the broadcaster.

Prior to joining ARISE TV, Efeni was at various times, Director, Operations, THISDAY Newspapers; Director, Newspaper Sales, Marketing and Distribution, THISDAY Newspapers; Director, Administration and Human Resources, THISDAY Newspapers.
