March 23, (THEWILL) – Veteran movie actor, producer and director, Taiwo Babatunde Al-Hassan, rolled out the drums in celebration of his chieftaincy title and unveiling of his real estate scheme, ‘Ogogo estate’, a few weeks ago.
The talented movie act was given the title of Otun Mayegun of Ilaro, in Ogun State by his royal majesty, Olu of Ilaro, Oba Kehinde Gbadewole Olugbenle. He was honoured for his contribution to the growth and development of his hometown, Ilaro, Ogun state.
During his installation ceremony, the actor also unveiled his self named real estate business, ‘Ogogo Estate’. The talented actor who pitched his tent in the Yoruba movie genre and who has been acting for more than three decades started nursing the ambition of running a real estate business more than ten years ago, when he desired to provide a safe haven and affordable housing units for the masses.
The actor has since acquired a huge expanse of land to erect his dream structures. He partnered with some other real estate gurus in the industry to actualise his dream. Having made his mark as a successful movie maker, Ogogo is getting set to concentrate more on his new business venture, while making guest appearances in movies.
Ogogo estate is located in Ilaro, Ogun state, where the veteran actor was born. That is why he chose to unveil the business on his coronation day.
