January 19, (THEWILL) – David Adedeji Adeleke, also known as Davido has accused his cousin, Dele Adeleke of writing about his mother’s death.
The singer revealed this in a series of tweets where he stated that he does not care if Dele writes about him but he shouldn’t include anything about his late mother.
“Because of your ambition, you have your people write about me (which I don’t care about) but to include the death of my mother in the article. The same woman that raised you, ok Dele God will reward you”
He added that Dele stoop so low to mention another family member’s name, Aunty Vero ” the truth hurt you that you had to go that low to mention your Aunty Vero who loved up and cared for you. Well, I don open my craze for the year, stay tuned”
While replying Davido, Dele stated that he would never write anything against Davido’s late mother because he would never allow such to be done to his own mother whom he lost at a tender age.
He declared respect for Davido’s decision to support their uncle. He noted that it is possible for each of them to make their political choices without rancour and bitterness.
