September 26, (THEWILL) – An autopsy has disclosed that Michael Kenneth Williams died after ingesting fentanyl-laced heroin and cocaine.
THEWILL recalls that the actor was reported dead on Monday afternoon. He was aged 54.
According to police authorities, Williams was found dead in his Brooklyn penthouse residence.
However, a statement released by the New York Coroner’s office revealed that the actor died from “acute intoxication”.
“Michael Kenneth Williams died from an overdose of fentanyl, heroin and cocaine,” the statement said.
