Political economist, Prof. Pat Utomi, has backed Peter Obi’s bid for the presidency in 2027, warning that he would no longer support the former Anambra State governor if he accepts a vice-presidential position.

The office, donated by Jonah Yakubu Adogi, was commissioned on Thursday, September 24, as part of efforts by the former police chief’s campaign organisation to establish a presence across the state’s 147 electoral wards.

Otti gave the account on Thursday night at the Abia Solemn Assembly and Covenant Renewal Service held in Umuahia by the state government.
