President Bola Tinubu has paid a glowing tribute to Vice-President Kashim Shettima as he clocks 60, describing him as a trusted ally, patriot and valued partner whose loyalty, wisdom and sense of duty remain invaluable to his administration.

The acting General Secretary of the NLC, Benson Upah, said the latest increase would further worsen the economic pressure facing workers and low-income households already struggling with high transportation, food and living costs.
