December 17, (THEWILL) – Nigerian singer and songwriter, Ọlawale Ọlọfọrọ, better known as Brymo, is set to make an acting debut as he features in new Nollywood movie.
The singer is currently on set for the shooting of The King’s Horseman, a movie adapted from Professor Wole Soyinka’s book, Death and the King’s Horseman.
The Afrobeat singer revealed that he will be playing the role of The Praise Singer, Olohun Iyo.
Brymo revealed the news on Twitter and he wrote;
“Being on the set of The King’s Horseman had me diving so deep in time that at the end of the shoot I was in a mild panic. What will I do with my life now?
“I can’t wait to for you to meet my character – OLOHUN IYO. (The Praise Singer).”
