SAN FRANCISCO, July 24, (THEWILL) – Reports indicate that the convoy of Senate President Bukola Saraki was blocked on Tuesday morning as he made attempt to go to the National Assembly.
Saraki had been invited by the police for an 8am meeting over the infamous Offa robbery in Kwara State where he was alleged to have had previous dealings with the robbers.
However, Saraki, on Monday night described the invitation as a ploy to prevent the mass exodus from the ruling All Progressives Congress scheduled for Tuesday by lawmakers aggrieved with the President.
