March 17, (THEWILL) – Following the show of shame that took place between Ebelechukwu Obiano and Bianca Ojukwu, the newly sworn in governor of Anambra State, Chukwuma Soludo, has apologised on their behalf.
The governor apologised for the breach of protocol that happened at the event. The media aid of the governor, Joe Anatune, stated that the breach was as a result of improper communication, which arosed from personal issues between the two parties involved.
The breach happened after wife of the former governor, Ebelechukwu Obiano went to Bianca Ojukwu and muttered some words, which led to a fisticuffs.
He stated, “Sadly, the fight took the shine off the event of the day.
He added that steps are being taken to resolve the misunderstanding and restore the two parties to their previous relationship.
“Anambra State has over the years been known for the huge stock of social harmony and the stock will increase substantially in the years ahead as part of the concerted effort to accelerate the states development.”
Recall that the duo of Ebelechukwu Obiano and Bianca Ojukwu engaged in a fight during the inauguration ceremony of the new governor of Anambra State.
Obiano reportedly walked up to Ojukwu where she was seated and a fight ensued between them.
The fight led to the abrupt departure of the former governor, Willy Obiano and his wife, Ebelechukwu, from the inauguration ceremony of Chukwuma Soludo.
