September 7, (THEWILL) – Omashola Oburoh, one of the guest housemates in the All Stars edition of the Big Brother Naija reality show, has stated that Mercy Eke is more than a friend to him.
While chatting with Biggie during his diary session, he gave reasons for picking Mercy to join him in the Head of House lounge as his best friend forever.
Sholzy, as he is fondly called, showered Mercy with accolades.
He revealed that after announcing he would be getting married, Mercy’s extraordinary gesture left him profoundly touched and he will be forever be grateful to her.
The father of one said that Mercy offered him an apartment and a car so that those coming to Nigeria for the wedding can have a place to stay and a car to move around in.
“This is what Mercy did, Baba. She took me to the garden and told me, ‘I have a four-bedroom apartment in Lekki and a car I might not be using. If you need it, I can give it to you. So, when your people come, they’ll have a place to stay and a car to move around’.
“Tell me, who on earth does that kind of a thing? I didn’t ask her for it nor did I beg her”.
Biggie responded by calling Mercy a true friend.
And Omashola screamed in agreement.
“Thank you”, in agreement
“Big Brother, if you tell me there’s only one person I will take upstairs as my best friend forever, I’ll pick Mercy all over again. That girl deserves gold, she deserves raw gold”, he added.
