October 29, (THEWILL) – Inter Milan eased to a comfortable 3-0 victory over Sampdoria on Saturday, to make it four straight victories in Serie A, as Nicolo Barella continued his outstanding goal-scoring streak.

The victory means Simone Inzaghi’s team has gone seven games without a loss across all competitions, with six of those games ending in victories, seemingly putting their early-season problems behind them.

After Stefan de Vrij’s header gave Inter the lead at the San Siro, midfielder Barella, completed a passing play to extend Inter’s lead before halftime.

Romelu Lukaku was introduced by Inter to make his first league appearance since August when he was sidelined by an injury, and a brilliant Joaquin Correa solo effort added another goal to secure the victory for the hosts.

On Tuesday, Inter will face Bayern Munich to close out their UEFA Champions League group stage fixtures before going to Juventus in their next Serie A tie. Meanwhile, Sampdoria will host Fiorentina next weekend.
