BEVERLY HILLS, September 11, (THEWILL) – Popular British actress, Diana Rigg, who featured in Avengers and “Game of Thrones”, has died at the age of 82.
Her agent, Simon Beresford confirmed her death Thursday in a statement.
“It is with tremendous sadness that we announce that Dame Diana Rigg died peacefully early this morning.
“She was at home with her family who have asked for privacy at this difficult time.
“Rigg was an icon of the theatre, film and television,” the statement said.
