January 07, (THEWILL) – As part of the activities to win the 2023 general elections, the Delta State Peoples Democratic Party, PDP campaign train, stormed Ethiope West on Thursday, January 5, 2023, to canvass more voters ahead of the elections.
The Oghara township stadium was filled with party faithful, who came out in their numbers to drum up support for the candidate of their choice.
Chief London Owhofasa Akpanoko, Senior Special Assistant to Delta state Governor, His Excellency, Governor Arthur Ifeanyi Okowa and his teeming supporters were amongst the party faithful, who came out to drum up support for PDP candidates.
Chief London Akpanoko and his teeming supporters, while exhibiting their different banners with pictures of party candidates inscribed on them, walked round the stadium to showcase their unique colour of t-shirts in glamour and style.
London Akpanoko, in a brief interview with journalists during the campaign, said, “My vote and that of my teeming supporters are for all PDP candidates.
“In Ethiope West, we have decided that it is PDP and we will ensure a landslide victory for all our candidates.
“We are working, and we would continue to work tirelessly to ensure victory for all PDP candidates; from Presidency to Governorship to Senate to House of Representatives and to House of Assembly”, he assured.
