BEVERLY HILLS, March 01, (THEWILL) – Senator Adetokunbo Abiru of the All Progressives Congress (APC) today floored his rival, Mr. Ademola Babatunde Gbadamosi, the Peoples’ Democratic Party, PDP’s Candidate in the by-election for the Lagos East Senatorial District.

Justice Chuka Obiozor of the Federal High Court in Lagos on Monday dismissed PDP and Gbadamosi’s joint suit in a five-hour judgement.

The judge also knocked PDP’s argument through counsel Mr. Ebun-Olu Adegboruwa (SAN) that the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) could not transfer a voter’s registration details.
