June 19, (THEWILL)- Veteran broadcaster and Publisher of Gatekeepersnews.com, Sulaiman Aledeh, has lost his father, Alhaji Ahmed Alli Aledeh (Namedi).
Alhaji Aledeh died Tuesday afternoon, at the University of Benin Teaching Hospital (UBTH). He was 80.
His death was confirmed in a statement issued on behalf of the family by his eldest son, Hon. Hud Aledeh.
“Pa Aledeh will In Shaa Allah be buried in his hometown of Agbede tomorrow, June 19, 2024, by 10 am”, Hud said.
Alhaji Aledeh, from Agbede, in Etsako West Local Government Area of Edo State, was a pioneer staff of the UBTH where he served and voluntarily retired. Until his death, he was a devout Muslim and community leader.
He is survived by his wives, children, grandchildren, and other relatives. Among his children is Sulaiman Aledeh, a journalist with Arise News.
