January 29, (THEWILL) – Talented Nigerian artiste, Iyanya Mbuk, has revealed the reason for pushing a fan, who was spraying him money off stage.
The singer performed at an event held in Lagos State.
While performing on stage, Iyanya angrily pushed a fan who was spraying a bundle of naira notes on him.
The video of his aggressive behaviour went viral and the singer was called out.
Responding to the criticism, the music act revealed that the fan was slapping him with money.
He stressed that he tried to stop him with his hands, but the guy continued. Annoyed by the action, the singer maintained that he had no choice but to push the fan off stage.
He added that no matter how much you spray a person, it was disrespectful to slap someone with money.
“The guy kept slapping my face with the money and I tried to hold his hands and he continued. First, no matter how much you are spraying, don’t slap someone with it, that’s disrespectful”, he wrote.
