May 27, (THEWILL) –Â A business mogul, the Chief Executive Officer of Julius Giant Global Resources, Renowned/Successful and Industrialist, Chief Julius Emmanuel Ukachukwu, on Thursday, emerged the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for Ohaozara Onicha and Ivo federal constituency.
THEWILL further learnt that a total of 170 delegates were accredited before the primary election.
Chief Julius Emmanuel Ukachukwu, was said to have secured 150 votes during the primary, held at Obiozara in Ohaozara Local Government Area of Ebonyi State.
It was gathered that his closet rival, the incumbent Executive Chairman of Onicha Local Government Area, who scored 20 votes, even as there was no invalidated vote.
Ukachukwu in his acceptance speech, thanked the delegates, his supporters and the party for the peaceful conduct of the primary and for finding him worthy to fly the flag of the All Progressives congress for the 2023 general election.
