SAN FRANCISCO, October 09, (THEWILL) – Canadian rapper, Daystar Peterson popularly called Tory Lanez, has been charged for shooting fellow rapper, Megan Thee Stallion in the foot.
According to TMZ, Lanez has been slammed for assaulting her with a semi-automatic firearm and for being in possession of a loaded, unregistered firearm in a vehicle.
The rapper if convicted risks up to 22 years and 8 months in prison.
THEWILL recalls that Meghan Thee Stallion had in July accused Lanez of shooting her in the foot, a charge which he denied.
According to reports, the rapper pulled the trigger following an altercation between him and Megan.
