Badaki, who spoke at the inauguration of the council in Enugu on Sunday, said the South-East had a major role to play in repositioning Nigeria’s tourism industry, urging the new leadership to prioritise collaboration, visibility and effective engagement with government and other stakeholders.
The IPO could become one of the largest capital market transactions in Nigeria, with the refinery offering 4.1 billion ordinary shares at ₦525 per share. If fully subscribed, the offer is expected to raise approximately ₦2.15 trillion.
