March 10, (THEWILL)- Paris Saint-Germain’s struggles continued on Saturday, as Luis Enrique’s side was held to a third consecutive Ligue 1 draw by a resilient Stade de Reims. The 2-2 stalemate at the Parc des Princes saw the visitors avoid defeat in back-to-back away matches against the French champions for the first time in their history.

Reims stunned PSG by taking an early lead through Marshall Munetsi after Achraf Hakimi’s error gifted the visitors the opener. While Hakimi made amends by creating an own-goal equaliser, Gonçalo Ramos’ strike looked to have put the hosts in control before Oumar Diakité’s cool finish levelled the scores again just before half-time.

Despite boasting stars like Kylian Mbappé off the bench, PSG were unable to find a winner in the second half. Bradley Barcola and Lee Kang-in went close but a resolute Reims defence held firm to earn a precious point away from home.

The dropped points are unlikely to stop PSG’s march to another Ligue 1 title given their healthy lead, but the concerning lack of cutting edge ahead of their UEFA Champions League progress will worry Enrique rumours of dressing room unrest continue to swirl around the Parc des Princes.
