July 10, (THEWILL) – Reality show stars, Ijeoma Otabor, also known as Phyna and her colleague, Segun Olusemo, otherwise known as Sheggz, have clinched an award each at the just concluded Trendupp Awards.
Trendupp Awards is Nigeria’s first-ever award to reward creativity and celebrate the audacity of content creators and influencers in the country. It honours individuals and brands for their excellent use of social media.
The third edition of the award ceremony took place on Sunday, at the Balmoral Hall, Federal Palace Hotel, Victoria Island.
Phyna emerged as the Force of Online Sensation, beating Toyin Lawani, Poco Lee, and Charles Okocha, while Sheggz won the Force of Instagram award beating Taaoma, Enioluwa, Bimbo Ademoye, and Priscilla Ojo.
Taking to her Instagram story, Phyna shared a clip where she was dancing with her award plaque.
“Winning dance step,” she captioned the video.
