December 03, (THEWILL) – A former Niger Delta Warlord, Chief Inko Brightstar a.k.a General Whoknows Tomorrow, who currently serves as the National Publicity Secretary, Presidential Amnesty Programme (Phase 3), has made a clarion call on the President of Federal Republic of Nigeria, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to appoint the Interim Administrator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, Maj.Gen.Barry Tariye Ndiomu (Rtd), as a Substantive Coordinator of the Presidential Amnesty Programme, also the Special Adviser to the President on Niger Delta Affairs, for his numerous achievements in office during the past one year in office as the Interim Administrator, which has occasioned significant positive changes and advancement in the entire Presidential Amnesty Programme and its beneficiaciaries.

According to him, Gen. Ndiomu, is a result oriented leader, a fighter and an achiever, who has a proven track record of leadership. The Presidential Amnesty Programme under the Leadership of Gen. Ndiomu has experienced a transition into an era of accountability, transparency and vision accomplishment through various strategic policies, which his administration has made and the effective implementation of these policies.

He stated this in a statement he personally signed as the National Publicity Secretary of the Third Phase of the Presidential Amnesty Program.

The statement further said, Major General Tariye Barry Ndiomu, has created several communication channels through which complaints are lodged and with his team of experts, timely responses has been effectively given to those complaints.”He is a proactive and pragmatic leader”

“Gen. Ndiomu, has transformed the Educational Sponsorship unit of the PAP, by setting high standards for its delegates across various partnering universities, this is to ensure that the PAP, through its academic scholarship, will produce refine and well informed graduates who will contribute their quota to the development of the Niger Delta region through the skills and knowledge they have acquired, and as well become meaningful sources of national development and societal growth”

It could be recalled however, that I, Chief gen.Whoknows Tomorrow, had on several occasions in the time past, lodged several media attacks against Gen. Barry Ndiomu, due to misinformation and misconception of his true personality owing to the failure of the persons in whom he saddled with the responsibility to reach out to the public, but upon dialogue with him and other stakeholders in the Niger Delta recently, I realised his good intentions for the Amnesty Programme and how nice a person he is, I resolved to give my full support to his administration”

“Ndiomu, has shown competence and capacity, with several outstanding results and achievements, the entire Phase 1, 2 and 3 Leadership and other well meaning personalities and stakeholders in the Niger Delta have long passed a vote of confidence in him, urging the President to make haste and re-appoint him as Substantive Coordinator and Special Adviser on Niger Delta Affairs”

He has therefore, urged Mr President, His Excellency Bola Ahmed Tinubu, to facilitate Maj.General Ndiomu’s appointment as part of his Renewed Hope Agenda and applauded him (Mr President), for the N27 trillion budget and appropriation bill for the year 2024, recently presented to the National Assembly, the bill indeed is a pathfinder to the long awaited change we have craved for in our dear country, as he prayed our good Lord to grant him and his team the wisdom and enablement to accomplish the good plans his administration has for Nigerians.
