The song’s global popularity is undeniable, with over 400 million streams on Spotify and more than 187 million views combined across two music videos on YouTube. ‘Kulosa’ also enjoyed significant success on the Billboard Afrobeats Chart, peaking at number five and staying for months.
This gold certification marks Oxlade’s first RIAA plaque, placing him among the elite group of Nigerian artists to receive this honor. ‘Kulosa’ is part of Oxlade’s debut album, Oxlade from Africa, featuring collaborations with top artists like Wande Coal, Flavour, Bobi Wine, Fally Ipupa, and Popcaan.
