October 22, (THEWILL) – All Progressive Congress Candidate for Obafemi Owode Local Government Area of Ogun State, Hon. Adesina Ogunsola, has expressed credence that he would emerge victorious in the November 16 LG election.
Ogunsola, who stated this recently shortly after a screening exercise organised by the Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC) in Abeokuta, the state capital, said he was confident of victory at the poll.
He maintained that the people-oriented projects established by his administration at the council would earn him more votes from the people of Obafemi-Owode to win for second term in office in the forthcoming election.
“I have been screened today by Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission, OGSIEC as one of the chairmanship candidates in the State. I want to tell you that the process was fine and I have passed the screening. I have the confidence of winning at the polls because of my great performance during my first time as the Council Chairman.
“I had performed beyond my people’s expectations especially the people in the rural areas, i performed in the areas of infrastructure, social amenities, security, health and many others and with all these i have done, i am very sure that my people will cast their votes for me and I will emerge the winner of the election”, Ogunsola added.
