August 30, (THEWILL) – Nigerian goalkeeper, Stanley Nwabali, has signed a new three-year contract with South African club Chippa United.
The 28-year-old’s decision comes after his standout performance for Nigeria at the recent Africa Cup of Nations where he helped the Super Eagles reach the final.
Nwabali’s new deal includes an improved salary package and the role of team captain for the upcoming season. This appointment recognises his leadership qualities and influence on the pitch.
