BEVERLY HILLS, May 30, (THEWILL) – Award winning Nollywood actress Stephanie Linus has revealed her new appointment as the ambassador for the 2016 Vision Of The Child organization.

VOTC aims at helping children who are from homes of divorce and ensuring that they have a voice. They look out for children when parents part.

According to Deputy Governor of Lagos State, Mrs Idiat Adebule, “The Vision of the Child is an initiative geared towards promoting education through creative thinking, literary arts and painting skills. This vision is in tune with our educational policy in Lagos State and that is why government has participated actively in it since inception. We will continue to do so as long as it provides children the platform to express their understanding of the world they live in, their vision of what it should be, as well as their fantasies and dreams.”

This year’s theme of “Sisi Eko at 50: Aging Gracefully or Na So-So Pancake?” is designed to herald the 50th Anniversary of Lagos as a State. The anniversary is billed to hold in 2017.

Stephanie who made the announcement via Instagram shared photos from the event.

The actress looked beautiful in a print dress from Enthyst Fashion’s Klinik collection which she matched with a pair of sunny yellow pumps. She was styled by Yummie Ogbebor.
