April 13, (THEWILL) – Not many people know that Nollywood actress in the Yoruba speaking genre, Laide Bakare, plays big in real estate. She has been an active player in the last five years, building houses across the city via her SIMLINE Properties.
Since she floated her company, Laide has built over 56 apartments for rent, lease and outright buying in different parts of Lagos mainland.
Now the businesswoman has not only stepped up her game, shifting her attention to Lekki, Ajah and Ikoyi areas of Lagos, the mother of one recently unveiled her new mansion in the Lekki area of Lagos.
The house warming party with a few of her colleagues in attendance had Fuji King, King Wasiu Ayinde Marshal 1, on band stand with her colleague, Lateef Adedimeji, as the master of ceremony.
According to the actress, the house is located inside the high-brow Atlantic Nominee Estate, Lekki. cost about N100 million to put up.
Laide has not stopped telling all her friends that the story of her new home is like a miracle and a testimony.
