BEVERLY HILLS, October 02, (THEWILL) – Two explosions have been reported in the Kuje area of Abuja, Nigeria’s capital, on Friday night. One blast reportedly occurred around the Kuje market and the second explosion occurred near a police station.
Explosion at Nyanya too
The Abuja police division said a third blast hit Nyanya, a town near the capital city, where a dead explosion killed dozens at a bus station on 14 April 2014. The terrorist group, Boko Haram claimed responsibility for that attack.
FCT police commissioner, Wilson Inalegwu said Friday’s blast occurred along the Maraba/Keffi road.
The casualty figures for the triple blasts were not clear as at the time of writing.
