October 16, (THEWILL) – The All Progressive Congress(APC) chairmanship candidate of Ijebu-Ode Local Government Area of Ogun State, Hon. Dare Alebiosu, has promised to drive growth and development into the council if he emerges chairman in the November 16 LG election in the state.
Alebiosu, who stated this in Abeokuta, the state capital, shortly after screening with the Ogun State Independent Electoral Commission (OGSIEC), said that with his manifesto, he would bring people-oriented projects into the LG to better the lives of the residents.
He maintained that as a former chairman of the LGA, he knows where the shoe pinches the people of Ijebu-Ode and would do everything possible to meet their yearnings and aspirations to resolve their major challenges at the council in order to change their living conditions.
“I want to thank the Almighty God because this is a well-screening exercise and the right candidate was chosen as a former Vice Chairman. I have the experience, and the know-how and I know what the people of Ijebu-Ode want. I will drive growth and development to the council and I know their yearnings and I think we are going to meet all their requirements”, he noted.
