April 16, (THEWILL) – Fuji maestro, Wasiu Ayinde Marshal, also known as KWAM 1, has denied fighting with his beautiful wife, Emmanuella Ropo.
There has been unconfirmed rumour on social media that his new wife slapped the music star.
In a statement issued on Thursday, Kunle Rasheed, an aide to the musician shut down the allegation.
He described the rumour as “malicious” and revealed that at “no time” did the Fuji artiste have an altercation with his wife.
“We merely wanted to state that at no time did Mayegun quarrel with his wife, Ropo to the extent of her raising her hand on him. We are shocked that such an allegation can be thrown so casually.
“We also want to state that Mrs Emmanuella Ropo Marshal is more busy with her wifely duties than to follow the music lord to his official engagement.
“We make bold to say that these allegations are malicious and shudder even more than it could be peddled during Ramadan. Let the evil peddler repent and seek the face of Allah for forgiveness.”
Recall that the singer and his wife were said to have had an altercation which became physical.
The wife was also accused of following her husband to singing engagements and distracting him while working.
The couple had an elaborate wedding held at the palace of Alake of Egbaland, Ake, Abeokuta in November, 2021.
It was the first time that the music maestro would stage an elaborate and public wedding. His bride is also the only person he has ever shown off on social media.
