Kano Pillars Unveil Offor As New Technical Adviser

July 12, (THEWILL) – The management of Kano Pillars Football Club has unveiled Coach, Paul Offor, as the new Technical Adviser of the club for a one-year contract.

The Chairman of the club, Umar Babangida, while speaking at the Unveiling ceremony in Kano, on Friday, promised Offor a favourable working environment.

Babangida expressed optimism in Offor’s ability to deliver the mandate given to him.

He said the move to engage the Tactician aligns with the team’s preparations for a successful outing in the 2024/2025 season.

He appealed to the people of the state and the club’s teeming supporters, to be patient and pray for the success of the club.

The chairman assured the club would aim for laurels in the new season.

Responding, Offor said he was honoured to be appointed as the technical adviser of the club.

He thanked the club’s management for giving him the chance to serve and contribute to the development of the state in football.

The new technical adviser assured he would do his best to transform the club and enhance the players’ performance.

Offor, a former coach of Warri Wolves, Sporting Lagos and Djeffa, Benin Republic, appealed for support and cooperation from the Pillars’ fans.

The new Technical Adviser holds a UEFA C and CAF C licence and is pursuing his CAF B licence.

He is expected to replace Abdullahi Maikaba, who served the club for one season.
