BEVERLY HILLS, CA, January 24, (THEWILL) – Nigeria’s independent electoral agency, INEC Friday night released the timetable for the 2015 general elections.
According to the release by the agency, the Presidential and National Assembly Elections will hold on February 14, 2015, while the Governorship and State Assembly elections will hold on February 28, 2015.
It however fixed the Governorship elections for Ekiti and Osun States, where the tenures of the Governors are due to expire, for June 21, 2014 and August 9, 2014 respectively.
