Ichechi Okonkwo Gives Hilda Baci N7.5m Solar System

May 21, (THEWILL) – Ichechi Okonkwo, the Chief Executive Officer of Victoria Crest Homes and Citadel Utilities, has gifted Nigeria chef, Hilda Bassey, aka Hilda Baci, a Solar System worth N 7.5 million to power her restaurant.

The entrepreneur made this known while celebrating Baci’s landmark achievement, as she broke the Guinness World Record.

In a statement by Okonkwo, she revealed that her company had earlier contributed N5 million towards the fulfilment of Baci’s dream while her cookathon was ongoing last week and she is further adding a Solar System worth N7.5m to her gift.

“We are thrilled to congratulate and celebrate Hilda Baci’s extraordinary achievement in her attempt at setting a new Guinness World Record for the longest cooking marathon by an individual. She completed a remarkable cook-a-thon, showcasing her culinary prowess and determination by cooking for an impressive 100 hours.

“Our mission has always been to make luxury living affordable, providing comfort and elegant shelter to passionate individuals. We believe that even the simplest of dreams deserve to be fulfilled. Inspired by Hilda’s dedication and passion, we contributed N5m towards her record-breaking cook-a-thon.

Okonkwo, also added that her other company, Citadel Utilities, which is a subsidiary of Nedcomoaks Group, will also power Hilda’s restaurant with a N7.5m 10KVA premium solar system.
