BEVERLY HILLS, September 26, (THEWILL) – Africa’s richest man, Alhaji Aliko Dangote has debunked the report published by a German news platform, DW-TV3 that he has passed on after a short illness in Germany.
The industrialist stated in a message on his Twitter handle that he is alive and people should disregard the malicious report.
“I am hale, hearty and alive. Please disregard malicious report saying otherwise. Thank you,” he tweeted at 14:00 GMT on Sunday.
There are reports that Dangote’s lawyers are in the process of taking legal action against the website which claimed family sources confirmed the story to it.
