The private residence is situated along Eziokwe Street, off Nike Lake road, Trans Ekulu, Enugu.

Explaining the reason for the action of the state government, he said the property stood on water way, hence, ought to be removed.

He, however, stated that the action was not consequent to Emejulu’s demolition of the airport fence on Wednesday.

THEWILL had reported that Emejulu, armed with an order of court, moved in on the disputed airport land and demolished the airport fence.

According to him, the move was to reclaim the 400 plots he claimed he bought from Nike Community in 2008.

Sirika, who vowed to prosecute the perpetrator, threatened to deal with Emejulu for destroying a Federation government asset.
