Elections: Chioma Akpotha Responds To Onuoha’s Allegation, Threatens Legal Action

February 28, (THEWILL) – Nollywood actress, Chioma Akpotha, has responded to her colleague, Georgina Onuoha, for calling her out for being vocal during the general election.

Onuoha had slammed her colleague, Akpotha for crying out over the mishaps done in her polling unit on February 25th.

Reacting to it, Onuoha recounted how during the 2019 general election, Akpotha slide into her direct message and asked her to stop sharing posts decrying the rigging and violence experienced in some parts of the country.

Onuoha said that Akpotha told her to think of her brand as such posts could affect her status. In response, she blasted Akpotha and the latter unfollowed her.

Onuoha pointed out how Akpotha was screaming out of her lungs like a cow because the election violence affected her directly.

She slammed her for only showing bravery, compassion and empathy because it affects her directly.

Responding to her outburst, Akpotha dared Onuoha to present evidence of her being paid by any politician to campaign for them.

She stated that failure to do so, she would hear from her lawyers.

“First off, let me say a big thank you to Nigerians and indeed non-Nigerians all over the world for your immense love and support. Thank you for the messages, thank you for the calls, thank you thank you thank you!

“The enemy within

“I am using this medium to ask Georgina Onuoha to present evidence that any politician on the face of the earth, dead or alive, paid me to campaign for them 4 years ago and even this year as she has constantly insinuated. Failure to do so, she will be hearing from my lawyers.

“God bless Nigeria.

“My correspondence with her from 4 years ago will be in my next post,” she wrote.
