February 10, (THEWILL) – Gospel singer, Osinachi Joseph, aka Sinach, has been appointed as a global ambassador by the Government of the Commonwealth of Dominica.
The excited singer took to Instagram to share the good news.
According to her, the appointment was contained in a letter signed by Roosevelt Skerrit, Prime Minister of the Commonwealth of Dominica, and presented by Janet Charles, the Acting High Commissioner of the Commonwealth of Dominica, in the UK.
The Prime Minister noted that the role was created to repackage and reposition Dominica as a premier tourist and investment destination.
This development is coming a few years after the singer took 20 people to the Dominican Republic to mark her 50th birthday anniversary.
She was welcomed and well-received by the Government of the Republic then and applauded for choosing the Dominican Republic as her tourism destination.
