BEVERLY HILLS, December 21, (THEWILL) – That afro hip hop singer, David Adeleke, more popularly known as Davido, is a jolly good fellow is not in doubt. That he is also one who likes to support people regardless of whether they are family members, total strangers or simply staff members, is incontestable.
Yesterday, this much came to the fore when he made good his promise to be the best man at the wedding of his driver, Tunde.
The award-winning singer took to his social media pages on Sunday to share beautiful photos of himself and other guests at the event. In one of the photos, Davido dressed in an orange and brown agbada and Tunde in a blue agbada, both posed for the camera with smiles etched on their faces.
He also accompanied a photo with a post wishing the newly-married couple a happy home.
“E choke!!! Love you Tunde. Happy married life!!!,” he wrote.
The ‘OBO’ crooner also shared several clips from the wedding on his Instagram story where he could be seen performing one of his latest hit single, ‘Fem’, a track off his latest album, ‘A better time’ while the crowd went wild with excitement.
The 28-year-old driver’s wedding comes almost two weeks after he lost his trusted bodyguard of 11 years, Ogbeide Tijani Olamilekan.
