Coronavirus Cases In Nigeria Crosses 3, 000 Mark

BEVERLY HILLS, May 6, (THEWILL) – The confirmed coronavirus cases in Nigeria has hit 3145 from 2950 recorded Tuesday after 195 new cases emerged Wednesday.

Lagos, the epicenter of the pandemic in Nigeria, topped with 82 new cases, followed by Kano with 30. Zamfara added 19, Sokoto 18, Borno 10, FCT 9, Oyo 8, Kebbi 5, Gombe 5, Ogun 4, Katsina 3, while Kaduna and Adamawa added one each.

According to data released by the Nigeria Center for Disease Control, NCDC, 534 people have recovered while 103 deaths have occurred with 5 added Wednesday.
