The project manager further described Chief Kenny Clinton as a man of integrity, a strategic thinker, a pillar and philanthropist par excellence whose passion for developing and restoring lasting peace and prosperous environment in Otuabagi Community, Ogbia LGA and Bayelsa State is unequalled, hence, the BMNA desire to honour him.
