SAN FRANCISCO, August 07, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari will, on Monday, join other Heads of State and Government in N’Djamena for the inauguration ceremony of President Idriss Deby Itno of Chad.
The President will return to Abuja after the inauguration of President Deby, who won the presidential elections in that country in April.
According to a statement issued by presidential spokesman, Femi Adesina, the President will be accompanied on the one-day trip by Governor Abdullahi Ganduje of Kano State and Governor Kashim Shettima of Borno State.
The President’s delegation will also include Sen. Baba Kaka Garba, Hon. Mohammed Tahir Monguno, Minister of Foreign Affairs, Geoffrey Onyeama and the National Security Adviser, Major General Babagana Monguno (rtd).
