January 07, (THEWILL) – President Muhammadu Buhari has sent condolences to family, friends and associates of former Minister of Internal Affairs, Naval Commodore Lamba Dung Gwom (Rtd) over the passing of the exceptional military officer and national leader.
The President joined the Berom nation, government and people of Plateau State, and all former professional colleagues in mourning the former Minister of Internal Affairs, who also served as Minister of Culture, affirming that through simplicity, diligence and discipline he served meritoriously, always putting the nation first.
President Buhari believed the strong and positive influence of Commodore Gwom on his community, state and the nation will always be remembered.
He prayed for the repose of the soul of the departed leader, and comfort for his family.
